Islamabad: On Thursday, the Islamabad High Court (IHC) formally charged ex-chief justice of Gilgit-Baltistan Rana Shamim for accounts he made against the former chief justice of Pakistan Saqib Nisar. IHC Chief Justice Athar Minallah, meanwhile, delayed charges against the journalists in the case after Attorney-General of Pakistan (AGP) Khalid Jawed Khan and an amicus curiae called for it.
