Yemen’s Houthi rebels claimed responsibility for two missile attacks reported by the Israeli army earlier on Tuesday. The Iran-backed group said it attacked Ben Gurion Airport, near Tel Aviv, and a target in Israel. The Israeli army said it intercepted a missile and a projectile launched from Yemen towards Israel. The Houthis have continued to fire missiles at the country in what they say is in solidarity with Palestinians in Gaza, although they have agreed to halt attacks on US ships.
