A delegation of Qatar’s Deputy PM along with FM Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdul Rahman Al Thani and arrived at Kabul to meet the interim govt. According to the Taliban, the delegation was welcomed by Deputy PM Abdul Salam Hanafi at the Afghan presidential palace.
