Islamabad: The main accused in the Noor Muqadam murder case, Zahir Jaffer, father Zakir Jaffer, mother Ismat Jaffar, and all the other accused have been charged. Zahir Jaffer pleaded that he can’t stay in jail, be hanged, or be pardoned. During a conversation with Noor’s father, he admitted his crime and asked him to save his life as his life was in hands of Muqadam.
