Hamas said on Wednesday that Israel’s resumption of strikes on Gaza puts the lives of the Israeli hostages held in the enclave at risk. The group said in a statement that it “is doing everything it can to keep the prisoners alive, but the indiscriminate Zionist bombing is putting their lives at risk.” “Every time the occupation attempts to retrieve its captives by force, it ends up bringing them back in coffins”, it added.
