Hamas military commander Haitham Balidi was among five people killed in the occupied West Bank by an Israeli drone strike on a car, Palestinian media said on Saturday. The identity of the other four men has not been disclosed, according to the Palestinian news agency Wafa. Mr Balidi was apparently the head of the Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, in Tulkaram.
