The government has released an order to seize a stranded Heng Tong 77 ship at Sea View Beach, Karachi, under section 391 of the Merchant Ordinance 2001 and the Ministry of Maritime Affairs issued a detention order for this ship. Minister Ali Zaidi in his Twitter post mentioned that after the inspection on the 22nd of July the ship was declared “unseaworthy”.
