The number of Palestinians killed in Israel’s war on Gaza has risen to 66,288, with at least 169,165 wounded since October 7, 2023, the enclave’s authorities said on Friday. At least 15 more people were killed while attempting to obtain aid in the 24-hour reporting period, the sources said. Many bodies remain under rubble as ambulances and other emergency crews struggle to retrieve them due to security issues and lack of resources.
