Hospitals in the Gaza Strip received the bodies of 51 Palestinians killed by Israeli air strikes in the preceding 24 hours, the Health Ministry said, taking the Palestinian death toll in the 18-month war to 52,365. At least 117,905 people have been injured since October 7, 2023, the ministry said in its daily update. The toll includes 2,273 people killed since March 18, when Israel resumed attacks on Gaza, ending a two-month ceasefire.
