The UN’s Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) has visited several families that have returned from the south to the north of Gaza after having been displaced for months. They need shelter and the kids desperately wish to go back to school, said Rene Nijenhuis, a member of the OCHA team in Gaza.
“First of all, the ceasefire needs to hold. The second key ask is the ceasefire needs to hold. And their last message is please, the ceasefire needs to hold,” he added.
