Israel’s war on Gaza has killed at least 43,764 Palestinians and injured 103,490 others since October 7, 2023, the enclave’s Health Ministry said on Friday. The latest toll includes 28 deaths and 120 injured people in the past 24 hours, the ministry added in a statement.
