The health ministry in Hamas-run Gaza said on Wednesday that more than 28,576 people have been killed in the territory during the war between Palestinian militants and Israeli forces. The latest toll includes 103 people killed over the past 24 hours, a ministry statement said, while 68,291 others have been wounded across Gaza since the war erupted on October 7.
