‘Gates of hell will open’ unless Hamas accepts terms: Katz

Israeli Defence Minister Israel Katz has threatened to open the “gates of hell” unless Hamas agrees to his country’s conditions for ending the war in Gaza. He said Gaza city will be razed – as other Palestinian cities have already been – if the militant group does not lay down its weapons and return Israeli hostages. “The gates of hell will soon open over Hamas in Gaza, until they agree to Israel’s conditions for ending the war, primarily the release of all hostages and their disarmament,” Mr Katz said.
