French President Emmanuel Macron arrived in Qatar to hold discussions about a new truce in Gaza. He was expected to meet with the Emir of Qatar for talks during his one-day diplomatic visit to the country. Mr Macron was welcomed by officials from the ministry of foreign affairs upon his arrival at Doha’s airport.
