Food distribution in Rafah has been suspended due to lack of supplies and security, the UN agency for Palestinian refugees (UNRWA) said on Tuesday. The agency said on X that only seven of its 24 health centres were operational. “In the last 10 days they have not received any medical supplies due to Rafah and Kerem Shalom crossing closures/disruptions,” UNRWA said.
