Minister for Finance and Revenue Senator Muhammad Aurangzeb on Tuesday laid the Finance Bill 2025 before the Senate, in accordance with Article 73 of the Constitution, seeking recommendations from the upper house. The Finance Bill, which outlines key fiscal proposals and policy measures for the upcoming financial year, was formally submitted for the Senate’s review and feedback. Speaking during the session, the finance minister invited senators to present their recommendations on the bill, which will subsequently be forwarded to the National Assembly for consideration.
