A fifth convoy of 12 aid lorries entered the Gaza Strip today through the Rafah border crossing, an NGO worker reported. The convoy comprised 12 lorries that had been turned away at the inspection site set up by Israel at the nearby Al Awga crossing, which lies on its border with Egypt, on Tuesday, the worker said. They had been re-inspected and cleared for entry, he added.
