ISLAMABAD: Overbilling of electricity distribution companies has been proved. Sources reported that according to Power Information Technology Company’s report to the Power Division, 7 out of 36 batches in GAPCO, 11 out of 30 batches at FESCO and 6 out of 46 batches in LESCO were overbilled. The Federal Minister for Energy has ordered a probe into the matter.
