Brussels: On Wednesday, it was reported that many European Union leaders seek to discuss the rule of law in Poland at the EU summit in Brussels on Oct 21. Before this, the Polish constitutional court had ruled on Oct 7 about the incompatibility of fractions of the EU treaty with the country’s law.
