A drone entered the airspace around the American Al Tanf base, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported. It said air defences destroyed it over the eastern side of the base. The attack came a day after air strikes on Iranian militia sites in Albukamal, near the Syrian-Iraqi border, the rights group said.
