On July 26, senior most Judge of the Supreme Court Justice Qazi Faez Isa wrote a letter to the Judicial Commission of Pakistan (JCP). He sought postponement of its meeting scheduled on July 28, 2022, for the appointment of Sindh and Lahore high courts judges to the apex court. He termed it a matter that “requires utmost care and due deliberation as it is a matter of extreme delicacy”.
