As Israeli forces continue a siege on northern Gaza, doctors at the Indonesian Hospital in Beit Lahia are forced to dig graves for the dead inside the centre’s grounds. The army has surrounded the hospital and patients were killed after Israeli bombed the hospital generators, cutting off oxygen supplies, Health Ministry Director Dr Munir Al Borsh said. “Even the option of prioritising the wounded is no longer available, as many of the injured were left to bleed to death yesterday due to the number of casualties,” he said.
