Dengue fever has been diagnosed in 15,789 cases this year, according to the Punjab Health Department.
According to the Punjab Health Department, 493 cases of dengue fever were reported in Punjab, including Lahore, yesterday, with 358 cases reported from Lahore alone. In total, 11,705 cases of dengue fever have been reported in Lahore, with 51 people dying. According to private television, 71 more persons were infected with dengue in Rawalpindi in the last 24 hours, raising the total number of dengue victims in the city to 2,311. A total of 25 individuals are currently undergoing treatment. Allied Hospital has 274 beds and 208 dengue patients.
