The death toll in Gaza rose to 25,700 since October 7, the Palestinian Health Ministry said. Another 63,740 have been wounded in three months of war that has displaced almost all of Gaza’s 2.3 million residents. More than a million people fled to southern Gaza as Israel invaded the enclave in October, and the army has now encircled the southern city of Khan Younis.
