The SBP, SECP, and the Federal Investigation Agency have all received notices from the Lahore High Court (FIA)
The petitioner, who was heard in the Lahore High Court on a cryptocurrency plea, said that there is no law on the subject currently. The special court, according to the court, can only hear the first trial. However, the FIA lacks jurisdiction to hear the bank’s case. In this case, the FIA’s jurisdiction will be examined. The Lahore High Court has postponed further hearings in the case.
