The rate of positive cases of COVID-19 has risen to 8.61%. The virus has claimed 40 more lives across the country in the last 24 hours, taking the death toll from 23,422 to 23,462. According to the National Command and Operation Center (NCOC), 56,414 tests were conducted in the last 24 hours, out of which 4,858 tested positive.
