Communication services had been gradually restored across Gaza, a main telecoms provider and an advocacy group said. The restoration came 15 hours after a third communication cut since the war began on October 7. Palestinian communications company Paltel announced that its services, including fixed, mobile and internet communications, have been gradually restored.
