Due to party differences, Capt.(R) Amrinder Singh resigned as a Chief Minister of Indian Punjab. It is reported that Congress has selected Charanjit Singh who happened to be the Minister of Technical Education and Industrial Training. He will take the oath tomorrow as the first ‘Dalit’ Chief Minister of state.
