Large crowds waving Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad flags gathered in Khan Younis in southern Gaza on Thursday, as two more Israeli hostages were released by the armed groups. Masked men, wearing helmets bearing the logos of the militants, were seen trying to keep the crowds at bay as at least one hostage, Arbel Yehoud, 29, moved towards vehicles belonging to the International Committee of the Red Cross. Palestinian news reports said the crowds caused a delay in the release. Civilian hostage Ms Yehoud was pictured being walked through the crowds in a widely shared television news clip. Gadi Mozes, 80, was also released, the Israeli military said.
