Former diplomat Shaukat Muqakam’s daughter Noor Muqaddam was stabbed and brutally beheaded in a house in Sector F-7/4. Different celebrities are shocked and fuming with rage on Twitter over her cold-blooded murder. Osman Khalid Butt said, “he will not stop screaming until the family of the victim gets justice”. Singer Meesha Shafi in her tweet also demanded justice for Noor Muqaddam.
