The killing of a Sri Lankan man on Friday has horrified the whole nation and people condemned the heinous act vehemently. Prime Minister Imran Khan chided the “horrific vigilante attack” on the Sri Lankan man, calling it “a day of shame for Pakistan”. Actor Mahira Khan wrote that she was sick to her stomach and looking at Prime Minister Imran Khan for answers. PPP Senator Sherry Rehman remarked that “weaponising religion leads to mob rule.”
