On Friday, Canada denounced alleged North Korean arms deliveries to Russia. It let out that Pyongyang’s transaction with the Wagner Group, a private military company, “clearly violates international law and United Nations Security Council resolutions”. “We will continue to work with international partners to address these developments and respond to further arms deliveries should they take place,” Melanie Joly, Canada’s foreign affairs minister, said in a statement.
