US Secretary of State Antony Blinken arrived in Tel Aviv on Friday for talks with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on the Gaza war. Mr Blinken travelled from Cairo for the last stop of his sixth Middle East tour since the start of the conflict. He is expected to urge Israel to halt plans to launch a ground operation in Rafah, where about 1.5 million people are sheltering from the violence.
