The Axios news website has claimed that the US administration is frustrated with Israel’s rejection of most of their recent requests related to the war on Gaza. “The situation sucks and we are stuck. The president’s patience is running out,” a US official reportedly told Axios. The report also said that US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken had made it clear to Netanyahu and the war cabinet during his recent visit to Israel that the Israeli plan for the day after the war is “pie in the sky”.
