An Israeli drone strike targeted an aid lorry in Deir Al-Balah in central Gaza on Sunday, killing at least eight people and injuring more, a representative for Al Aqsa Hospital confirmed. The aid lorry, which was carrying a number of people, reportedly belonged to the Kuwaiti Tamkeen Association and had banners identifying it as a humanitarian vehicle, according to Al Jazeera. It is the second incident this week involving an alleged Israeli attack during the provision of desperately needed aid to Palestinians in Gaza.
