At least 35 Palestinians have been killed in Gaza on Friday, civil defence and hospital officials said. Twenty people were killed while waiting for aid, said officials at Nasser Hospital, in Khan Younis, southern Gaza. Officials said two people were killed near aid distribution sites in the southern city of Rafah, while another 18 people were killed waiting for aid trucks elsewhere in southern Gaza. Civil defence officials said Israeli air strikes overnight killed 15 Palestinians in Khan Younis.
