The Nasser Medical Complex says two Palestinians were killed by Israeli gunfire west of Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip. Separately, al-Shifa Hospital said the death toll from Israeli attacks in the al-Kateeba area, west of Gaza City, has risen to four, including two children and a woman. Israel’s genocidal war on Gaza has killed at least 1,318 people since a “ceasefire” came into effect in October 2025. More than 73,000 Palestinians – more than half women and children – have been killed in the ongoing genocide.
