At least 17 people have been killed today in Gaza by Israeli gunfire and shelling, official Palestinian media has reported. Ten people died, including children, when Israeli forces bombed two homes on Al Jalaa Street west of Gaza city, the Wafa news agency said, citing medical sources. Another six people, including three children, were killed in a bombing on a tent housing displaced people in the area.
