Israeli forces arrested at least 16 Palestinians across the occupied West Bank this morning, according to official Palestinian media. Nine people were arrested in Beit Ummar, the Wafa news agency reported, where soldiers fired tear gas at residents. The men were detained and questioned for several hours before being released. Four others were arrested in Nablus and three in Tuqu, near Bethlehem.
