Almost all of Gaza’s farmland has been destroyed or rendered inaccessible due to Israel’s two-year devastating war on the enclave, the UN agency for Palestinian refugees said on Friday. “Families who once lived from their land now have no income,” UNRWA said in a report, adding that food prices have skyrocketed in the strip. “People cannot afford the food reappearing in the markets,” it said. “Until Gaza’s agricultural sector can be rebuilt, there must be an unrestricted flow of aid”.
