On Monday, IHC chief justice Athar Minallah and Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiyani, a two-member bench heard a petition of residents of Islamabad against the allotment of their land. CJ added that there would be no effect of stay orders to the already allotted land. The law director, estate director and DC of the Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) attended the hearing.
