Lahore: The Lahore Art Council in collaboration with Alhamra held a painting competition and launched an online musical program ‘Fankaar hmaray’ to engage people in positive activities even amidst the pandemic. On Monday, the third session of the program, a well-known singer Anwer Rafi performed brilliantly and appreciated the initiative.
