The government announced the execution of a five-day polio immunization drive across Pakistan on the 2nd of August. The purpose of this declaration was to inoculate 23 million children against poliovirus. 180,000 vaccinators will be hired to vaccinate 23 million children in 67 districts of Pakistan. Polio drive will be executed from 2nd to 6th August for routine vaccination.
