Iran has declared that it is still open to negotiations to revive the nuclear deal with global powers, even as it warned that it could alter course of diplomacy if the West does not change its behaviour. Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdollahian visits Oman’s Sultan Haitham bin Tareq amid efforts to revive the stalled 2015 nuclear pact.
