Doha: On November 22, Secretary of State Antony Blinken stated that the U.S. relationship with Saudi Arabia was still under review. The critique continued despite Biden administration’s ruling that the Saudi crown prince had immunity from a lawsuit over the murder of Jamal Khashoggi. “The opinion that we provided does not in any way speak to the merits of the case or the status of the bilateral relationship,” Blinken said.
