Islamabad: Moeed Yusuf, National Security Adviser (NSA), on Tuesday categorically said that he would not join a forthcoming moot hosted by India on the Afghanistan problem. He also disclosed that Pakistan and Uzbekistan had signed a Protocol on the Establishment of Joint Security Commission followed by the inaugural session of the commission.
