The World Kashmir Awareness Forum (WKAF), a Washington-based advocacy group, rented two digital ad trucks, one in New York and the other in Washington, with strong messages against Indian atrocities in Kashmir and demands for an end to India’s unlawful possession of land.

“Kashmir under Indian siege: Knocking at World Conscience,” “Indian occupied Kashmir: World’s most militarised zone,” “Stop Genocide in Kashmir,” “End Indian Colonization of Kashmir,” “India criminalises press freedom in Kashmir,” “Hold India accountable for war crimes in Kashmir,” and “Freedom for all, freedom for Kashmir” are among the messages displayed on the trucks’ electronic screens.
