With all families living in the multi-story structure having vacated their apartments, demolition of Nasla Tower appears to be imminent in line with a Supreme Court ruling.
They are relocating to another location, leaving the 15-story building in the hands of the district administration, which took possession of it under the escort of law-enforcement personnel.
Despite the fact that the district administration had given all occupants of the “illegally constructed Nasla Tower” until October 27 to vacate, officials allowed them to stay for a few more days.
