Last night, we witnessed another wave of air strikes across the capital and heard multiple massive explosions. At least 40 civilians were killed in one of these blasts. These attacks did not hit military headquarters but residential areas. It is now raining in Tehran, and the Red Crescent has asked people to avoid being exposed to the rain, saying it is polluted by the contaminated air that surrounds the city after the attacks on oil facilities.
