In a show of support, The Heritage Foundation, a prominent US conservative think tank, defended former Fox News host Tucker Carlson after his interview with far-right activist, Holocaust denier and prominent critic of Israel Nick Fuentes. Kevin Roberts, the foundation’s president, echoed Trump and Carlson’s “America First” message, saying “when it serves the interests of the United States to cooperate with Israel and other allies, we should do so.” He added that, when it doesn’t, “conservatives should feel no obligation to reflexively support any foreign government.”
